Верховная власть в этих телевизионных организациях фактически принадлежит контрольным органам, но законы и межземельные договоры предусматривают, что в двух главных контрольных органах должны быть соразмерно представлены все общественно важные силы (политики, бизнесмены. конфессии, женщины, негры и т.п.).

Каких же Законов о телевидении можно ожидать в дальнейшем? Западный опыт показывает, что очень полезны законодательные акты прямого действия, носящие экономический характер. Например, в США на финансирование технического перевооружения телевидения в целевом порядке идут проценты от коммерческой деятельности телевидения. Характерно, что минувшим летом на совещании представителей телецентров в Волгограде было выдвинуто аналогичное требование и оно должно быть учтено при принятии Закона о телевидении. Будут ли подобные разумные предложения учитываться в нынешней ситуации?
Или по традиции будут приниматься законы регулирующие телевизионную деятельность не экономическими, а административными методами? А на такие законы у нас, как известно, обращают столько же внимания, как и на остальные тексты, опубликованные в местах общего пользования. ГЛАВНОЕ УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ИСПОЛНЕНИЯ НАКАЗАНИЙ (отрывок из историко-фантастической повести)
Из мыслей Набоков не уходило: сочетание невинных личек с вызывающими позами и кружевным бельём. Шеф ФБР Гувер велел Нью-Йоркским мафиози устроить для писателя-антикоммуниста тайное шоу с маленькими девочками. От кого тайное? От пуританской Америки. Узнай газетчики - Гуверу грозила бы отставка. Но Гувер угождал чем только мог писателям-антикоммунистам (зная, как по-отечески к писателям относился Сталин, которого шеф ФБР боготворил). Тут была и месть Хэмингуэю, воевавшему без его санкции против испанского генерала Франко, создав опасный прецедент (собственно, последующая охота на ведьм была начата слежкой за Хэмингуэем). Чем закончилось шоу лучше не вспоминать, чтобы сердце не зашлось окончательно... Повесть, которую он писал по мотивам любви зрелого Ломоносова к воспитаннице царицы, практически девочке, получила мощный творческий заряд.
Предавшись сладким воспоминаниям, Владимир Набоков не заметил, как, подходя к своему дому через тёмный сквер, наткнулся на куда-то спешащего нищего. Набоков добродушно, по-писательски, пошутил:
- Постарайтесь успеть до вашей преждевременной кончины.
Тот озверел:
- Какая вещь ты меня назвать?
Нищий ударил писателя по голове и, у потерявшего сознание, вытащил из кармана блокнот с набросками романа. Набоков не видел, как нищий в свете фонарика сфотографировал страницы блокнота, вернул его владельцу и исчез во мгле. Так что очнувшись писатель-белоэмигрант мог лишь подумать, что над ним кто-то похулиганил. И спокойно продолжать свою литературную работу.
А фотокопия блокнота вскоре легла на стол самого Лаврентия Берии. Зачем ему это - Берия сам не знал. Ему всего-то надо было занять делом несметную советскую агентуру, сократить которую после выполнения ею задания по краже секретов американской ядерной программы, было сложно. Не нашли ничего более подходящего, чем велеть обыскать подряд всех врагов СССР - по принципу “нет трудностей - создадим”. Так же, после успешной работы среди белоэмигрантов в Париже в 30-х чекистам, чтобы не расслаблялись, было поручено похитить архивы Керенского. Архивы похитили, но попутно, в ходе разработки белоэмигрантской среды выяснилось наличие в ней неформального Союза писателей, где царила взаимная ненависть несмотря на то, что писатели-белоэмигранты были разбросаны по разным континентам. Так, Иван Бунин недружелюбно писал о Сирине - сиречь о Владимире Набокове. В немалой степени благодаря этой “засветке” в сферу интереса советской разведки попал и Набоков, но для писателя он оказался слишком замкнут, что затрудняло контакт: сам он молчит, из кота его тоже слова не вытянешь. Агент “Бакалавр” доложила: даже американским студентам он читал лекции по русской литературе, не общаясь с ними: записал заранее весь курс и, упёршись глазами в текст, читал вслух. Боится, что его глаза выдадут? Понять можно - американские студентки одеваются очень сексуально - в сравнении с советскими уж точно. В итоге решили применить модифицированный “метод ледоруба”, названный так в честь удачного покушения на Троцкого.
Теперь Берия читал расшифровку блокнотных записей, изумляясь изощрённости старого барина. Прямо пиши пособие по этим запискам для оперов уголовного розыска, занимающихся делами о растлении малолетних... Стоп! Берия вернулся к строкам, описывающим эмоциональное состояние старых пердунов, испытываемое ими при виде маленьких хорошеньких девочек. А ведь по внешним признакам этого состояния можно их отлавливать, если задействовать новые технические средства. Пишет же Набоков, что он ищет материал в самом себе.
Прошло два месяца. В апреле 1950 года советская общественность приветствует постановку в Центральном театре Красной Армии пьесы “Незабываемый 1919-й” Вс. Вишневского. В Кремле по этому случаю торжественное собрание. Приглашены мэтры искусств. Дело было в зале, где было новшество: телекамеры для контроля очерёдности докладов. Техника не вполне “обкатанная” и при команде поворота с радиоузла моторчик одной камеры зажужжал. Все оцепенели. Сработало правило “пуганая ворона куста боится” - всем пришла в голову одна мысль: ведётся наблюдение за реакцией на речи вождя. Как бывает в перед экзаменом, когда студенты на консультации задают преподавателю вопросы, до которых тот сам бы не додумался и этим сами себе готовя на экзамене ловушки, версию о телешпионаже все приглашенные секретари творческих Союзов (как и было заведено среди номенклатуры от искусства) доложили поодиночке Сталину. Он вызвал Берию. Тот уже ждал вызова, так как сам придумал теленаблюдение, взяв оборудование у “космонавтов” - через него наблюдали из бункера за запусками.
- Лаврентий, мне не звонили?
- Туда где я был не звонили.
- Вах! Не шути так. Я просто хочу понять, как это ты мысли на расстоянии угадываешь?
- Тут всё зависит от расстояния, коба.
- Как думаешь, а что если каждый для чего-нибудь а не просто так?
Берия опять не попался в ловушку:
- Пусть думает тот, кому здоровье позволяет. А я чувствую. Чувствую, ты хочешь задать удивительный и опасный вопрос.
Сталин сдался и от разминки перешел к сути:
- Японцы активно собирают данные по всему миру о телевидении. Наверное, хотят лидировать в этой области. Лаврентий, ты воспитываешь физиков: узнай - можно ли сделать очень миниатюрную телекамеру.
Шеф госбезопасности это уже знал - талант программировать вопросы, ответов на которые от него ждут немедленно, спас его от участи предшественников. В его трактовке афоризм “в гору пошел” имел логическую концовку “умный в гору не пойдёт”. В отличие от большинства коллег он мало думал о личном успехе, а много - о государстве. Чтобы не было богатых - был его идеал: то есть, чтобы не было всевластия номенклатуры. И он знал, что своекорыстная номенклатура за это расстреляет его, едва дорвавшись до власти и попутно спишет на него свои злоупотребления.
Берия достал из папки три листочка бумаги.
- На нашем Дальнем Востоке вдруг выросло браконьерство, став организованным. Это заказ корпорации, разрабатывающей маленькие телекамеры, которые хотят прикреплять к собакам. Не улыбнулся собаке - значит не любишь живые существа. Или наоборот - ты против злобных зверей. Смотря куда повернуть дело - например, в зависимости от того, был ли когда-либо следователь укушен собакой в область нижней анатомии. Вот стенограмма: лето 1949 года, разговор академика Петра Капицы и приехавшего к нему на дачу писателя Михаила Пришвина.
Пришвин:
- Чем скорее будет уничтожено зверьё из животного мира, тем скорее возьмутся уничтожать зверьё из людского мира. Вы как физик, поймёте, что соотношение свободного ядерного духа и подчинённого ему обезьяньего, называемого у нас порядком, есть высшая идея атомного бытия и предшествует всякому творчеству.
Капица:
- Большое творчество связано с философией преобразования мира и оно неизбежно зиждется на недовольстве существующим, так что писатели вашего склада всегда рассматриваются установившимся социальным укладом, как факторы, мешающие спокойному течению жизни. Английские коллеги познакомили меня с книгой Олдоса Хаксли “Новый прекрасный мир” и она навела на некоторые мысли. Когда на макроуровне перестанут воевать, делать аборты и катастрофы, настанет перенаселение. Но на микроуровне останутся болезни и бандиты. Можно пересаживать больным органы от преступников - людей, чье поведение тревожит. Надо транквилизировать, то есть успокоить, общество. Вот, говорят что население подписывалось на займы из-за страха - но нет, из-за доверия к власти. Только когда народ уверен, что укравший их деньги начальник будет расстрелян, оно принесёт государству инвестиции. Физическая казнь, а не мифическое осуждение - единственная реальная гарантия не подлежащая у народа сомнению. Каждый будет бояться нахамить - вот почему азиаты любезны и улыбчивы. А вы, писатели, должны составить список слов, с которыми можно обращаться к постороннему человеку чтобы не быть обвинённым в нарушении его частого права. Те же, кто мрачен, международным сообществом будут перевоспитываться. Для этого мир капитализма создаёт военные блоки.
Сталин молчал, обдумывая прочитанное. Вот ведь Азия-косоглазия, что придумала. Если так, Россия будет уничтожена. Усилиями врачей-вредителей Россия - страна победившего кариеса. Прав был Семашко насчёт медспецов в записке, написанной в 22-м - записку эту Ленин передал Сталину с просьбой подключить Дзержинского. Конечно, подключили ЧК, но, видно, недоработали. Даже у товарища Сталина зубы не очень хорошие. А у русских - самые гнилые в мире. Поэтому русские мало улыбаются и наблюдающим будут казаться злодеями. Собственно, всегда шел отбор людей “по впечатлению”: не принимали на работу и в общество “непрезентабельных” и те скатывались к “пушечному мясу” - Сталин прошел через это. Только в мясорубку сейчас попадают самые безобидные, как у зверей, а надо наоборот - как у людей в высшем (коммунистическом) понимании слова “человек”: тот который уважает частное право другого и потому имеет право на уважение сам. А идеалы коммунизма настолько хороши, что ради них можно не считаться со средствами.
Затем спросил у Берии:
-Что сам думаешь?
- Моё дело - твоя безопасность, коба. А твоя безопасность - это безопасность СССР и его союзников. Видишь - академик всё осознал и признал “противоречия между этическими и социальными концепциями у Пришвина и существующим миром”. Что до писателя - скажи, и его будут искать по картотеке неопознанных трупов.
Берия знал: Микоян рассказал Сталину о его, Берии, ненависти к Капице, поэтому сыграл тоньше и ради задуманного подавил соблазн подставить академика и пожертвовал писателем, к которому Сталин, наоборот, относился хорошо. Сталин задумался было, но решил отложить анализ логики причинно-следственных связей, присущей Берии, зная, что тот руководствуется ею даже для фокуса: на приёмах посылает понравившейся женщине записку: “если хотите со мной переспать - улыбнитесь” - улыбка чаще всего естественная реакция на такое предложение, даже когда выражает негативное отношение: это западня в любом случае. Нет, на одного только Берию здесь полагаться нельзя, и генbr поискал в памяти подходящую цитату из своего любимца Алексея Толстого. И нашел изbrд инженера Гарина”: “в это чудовищное и титаническое десятилетие одинокими светочами горели удивительные умы ученых”. Спросил:
- Хаксли - это фантаст? Ты говорил - у тебя новый литературный консультант...
- Да, Фурцева - “от станка”, но начитанная, любит книги о думающих машинах. Её вывод, что сортировку людей на плохих и хороших, на “классово своих” и врагов народа лучше поручать не “органам”, сотрудников которых за стремление самим стать “крутыми” мы казним, а машинам. Считалось, что умные машины лишь тогда заменят человека когда среди них появятся глупые. Нет, когда появятся злопамятные, такие как системы теленаблюдения и распознавания облика. Она не верит, что сотрудники НКВД определят садистские наклонности в родителях, мучающих детей. Взращивать Павликов Морозовых? Но они тебя самого при первом удобном случае в землю закопают. Проклятый феминизм, за которым на самом деле стоит Эйнштейн, как мы выяснили в ходе разведопераций по “манхэттенскому атомному проекту”, добился того, что женщины перестали воспитывать своих детей и утратили природную функцию слежения. Поэтому можешь быть спокоен: ошибки, если и были допущены, исправлены.
Cталин рассмеялся:
- Молодчина всё-таки Ленин: вышвырнул в 22-м сытых умников и дал простор пролетарским мыслителям. Верно Струве назвал его “Думающая гильотина”. Только упав в чистую голову знания порождают свежие мысли. Это тебе не Ворошилов в окружении ананасов. Назначим её пока 2-м секретарём МГК - оттуда она лет через 10 сможет подняться до министра культуры. А пока ей, как знатоку фантастики, поручи создать при твоём ведомстве особо секретный Отдел научного прогноза. Но чтобы об этом знало народу еще меньше, чем о Курчатове... Сколько времени Гумилёв в лагере пробудет?
- До конца жизни. Так ведь был разговор...
- Был разговор что коммунизм построим. Ну и что? Этапируй сюда Гумилёва. Мы сажаем не “за что” а “ для чего”. Пассионарность, как он утверждает - стремление делать больше чем тебе нужно. Пусть лучше писает наружу из нашей палатки, чем снаружи в нашу палатку. И организуй перелёт в Москву Председателя Зао. Но так, чтобы об этом знали 3 человека: ты, я и он...
Чекист ушел от Генералиссимуса довольным: план борьбы с криминалом методами теленаблюдения получил высочайшую “крышу”. Берия знал: высшие советские чины погрязли в роскоши, вине и женщинах, и будут мешать радикальной борьбе с особо опасными преступлениями. Правящая элита (знал Берия, сам в ней состоя) всегда будет препятствовать (путём отмены смертной казни и т. п.) власти ума над грубой физической силой - иначе элита лишится власти над народом. Поэтому он прикидывался великим грешником, чтобы выглядеть таким же вельможей; поручил полковнику Саркисову создать ему славу сластолюбца. А меж тем Берия набирал спецотряд девочек для борьбы с маньяками и насильниками, державшими в ужасе страну; собирал досье на подвергшихся изнасилованию женщин. Из них будет сформирован отдел теленаблюдения: у них есть мотив выявлять негодяев - в отличие от штатных операторов, которые уснут на дежурстве за мониторами. Вызревала концепция: делать отряды теленаблюдателей по отраслям народного хозяйства из тех, кто хочет отомстить этой отрасли за личные неудачи.
Телекамеры будут не на собаках, конечно, а на девушках и девочках и фиксировать взгляды всех мужчин. Записи Набокова подсказали Берии методику сыска: если камеру спрятать за портрет голой бабы, взгляд мужика автоматически на нём задержится и его рожа зафиксируется максимально точно. Берия знал о замысле Ленина и Наркома здравоохранения Семашко: основываясь на выводах Моргана, отменить эксплуатацию образа женского тела. Ленин и Энштейн в Женеве не поделили шлюху, изображавшую феминистку и чуть не мировую революцию устроили, силясь подмять друг друга. Шлюха досталась Эйнштейну, а Ленину досталась немеряная власть, которой он даровал Эйнштейну в 1922 году титул члена-корреспондента Российской Академии наук (так Ленин показал сопернику в любви, кто тут начальник) и спровоцировал тем самым физика делать научное обоснование феминизма. Теперь, когда затея лопнула, начались гонения на вейсманистов-морганистов, а автор идеи Эйнштейн бежал из Германии, поскольку и мировой революции не повезло. Гитлер потом напал на СССР: именно потому, что фашизм - идеология “крутых” независимо от их национальности.
Как можно отменить базовую составляющую любой, тем более оперативной работы - женское тело! Едва в центре теленаблюдения оператор заметит явно порочный взгляд, человек будет сразу взят на учет. Собственно, идея родилась у Фурцевой - она, не получив в детстве изысканного воспитания, и болезненно переживая это, придумала, что если под страхом теленаблюдения люди будут стараться следить за собой, то будут брать уроки хорошего воспитания. Но - есть опасность нарождения новой олигархии из деятелей культуры и спецслужб, которая будет злоупотреблять критериями хорошего поведения. К тому же соблазнительные позы провоцируют жадные взгляды даже нормальных мужиков. И Берия решил проконсультироваться с деятелями искусств Кореи - самыми, на его взгляд, порядочными людьми на планете. А заодно решить вопрос с приездом Зао. Потому что страстью Берии была экономия государственных расходов.
Касательно последствий приезда Зао Берия не волновался. План “подсовывания” любовниц-агентов политическим и культурным бонзам, разработанный лично для Сталина писателем Гербертом Уэлсом, еще не подводил. Особенно в отношении азиатов: вершиной была операция внедрения в 1933 году 17-летней Фаины Вихревой, токаря завода “Уралмаш”, в семью генералиссимуса Чай-Кай-Ши - его сын, будущий президент Тайваня Цзян Цзинго, работал в отделе кадров “Уралмаш” под именем Николая Елизарова. Сыграли сцену в китайском стиле - “Спасение красавицы героем”: гэбист, переодетый подвыпившим хулиганом, якобы пристал к агенту Фаине как раз в момент, когда мимо проходил молодой китаец. Позднее, подсовывая другому сластолюбивому азиату юных наложниц из актива Коминтерна, Берия тщательно инструктировал их: что и в какие моменты невзначай внушать Кормчему. Теперь главное было, чтобы реакция Зао на предстоящие предложения Сталина была отрицательной. Сами предложения завтра будут изложены Сталину Костей Зимоновым, которого Сам всегда вызывал для консультаций в решающие моменты. Первый зам генсека СП Задеева (по сути, зиц-председателя, назначенного чтобы визировать “расстрельные” бумаги на собратьев по перу) Зимонов сумел сделать из грозного Сталина инструмент для воплощения своих безумных идей. По существу, Сталин превратился сам-один в Главное управление исполнения наказаний (ГУИН), придуманных Союзом писателей СССР в лице одного лишь Зимонова. Вернее, не в ”лице” - уместнее назвать другую часть тела автора стихотворения “Жги меня”, управляемую киноактрисой Валентиной Зеровой. “Девушка з характером” с упоением выполняла задания Берии по соблазнению советской элиты - от писателей и режиссёров до военачальников. Дьявольское сочетание бешенства матки и неслыханных амбиций сделало её рукой судьбы для сотен её поклонников. И в последние месяцы совместно с Берией именно она разрабатывала план тотального наблюдения, чтобы запрограммировать Зимонова. Идея так захватила Зерову, что она сама предложила авторизовать её через Фурцеву, которую приучила к лесбийской любви.
Группа работников искусств Кореи, в состав которой под видом фехтовальщика на саблях вошел Зао в августе на “Дугласе” прибыла в Москву. Его встретила в Кремле улыбка Сталина (улыбка искренняя - Сталин доверял азиату с тех пор, как тот умудрился предупредить его о нападении Гитлера 22 июня):
- Мы с тобой два азиата: говорят, в Сорбонне русский язык изучают на факультете восточных языков.
- Спасибо, спасибо, - закивал головой Зао, чуть не растаяв от радости. - Если что-то кажется совсем простым, то так оно и есть.
Дав прочесть Зао диалог “Капица-Пришвин”, Сталин заговорил о всесилии врачей (“дело врачей” появилось как результат ощущения этого всесилия), рассказав, что как панацею от монополизма медиков (по-народному - “и все врачи не знали, и один врач знал) он видит в механизированной пересадке органов. Больше денег на шоу и поменьше на здравоохранение. После операции по пересадки органов в живых остаётся тот кто за неё платит.
Зао ответил:
- Можно извлечь пользу и из дырявой кастрюли но лучше все же иметь хорошую кастрюлю. Принудительное донорство хочу внедрить в Азии. Ты людской материал из “врагов народа” пустил на стройки века - и ты прав. У нас нечто другое: я хочу врагов народа пустить на запчасти для больных, но достойных людей. У нас с тобой одна проблема: как выявить врага народа. У тебя ведь с этим были ошибки?
Для Сталина не было вопроса - кто такие враги народа. Как самый “крутой” в стране, он понимал всё зло власти “крутых”. Единственный выход - ликвидировать “крутых” как явление. Сталин вспомнил фразу Берии:
- Ошибки, которые были допущены, исправлены. Что делать, если всегда кто-то высовывается? Писатель Камю сказал: “Облик счастливца, удачника, особенно когда в нём проступают черты самодовольства, может взбесить даже осла”.
Зао продемонстрировал, как поступать с теми, кто “высовывается”: саблей рубил плафоны спускаясь по эскалатору, пока Сталин вёл его в радиоузел, где на мониторы выводилось теленаблюдение в Кремль из элитных квартир Москвы. Зао пояснил свою ярость:
- Пока летел к тебе в составе творческой делегации, насмотрелся на режиссёров - они не знали, кто я, и вели себя естественно. Вот гнусные зазнайки - несмотря на то, что почти братья, корейцы! Всех бы их на пару лет в коровник.
Сталин усмехнулся в усы:
- Успеешь еще, сошлёшь. Режиссёры - это носители исполнительной власти в творческом коллективе, поэтому для таких как мы они опасны. Особенно кинорежиссёры... да и кинодраматурги, пожалуй.
Сталин ощущал: кто-то из киношников оказывает на него давление через непонятные каналы, но, не зная, что это Зерова, вымещал плоды своей интуиции, кося всю киношную братию подряд (да и театральную).
- Писатель же - модель идеального человека. Вот почему я лелею писателей - они знамениты, но абсолютно не имеют какой-либо власти. Каково не иметь власти человеку, осознающему, что одним нажатием клавиши своей пишущей машинки он управляет эмоциями миллионов людей во всем мире? Я даже хотел прикрепить к каждому писателю по деревне, чтоб крестьяне их кормили и ублажали, как помещиков. Но Молотов отговорил, убедив создать Союз писателей с кормушкой в Переделкино. Я согласился с Молотовым - у него чутье на такие вещи еще с тех пор, как он редактировал “Правду” и там же сменил свою фамилию “Скрябин” на “Молотов”. Так вот о русском языке: я потому хочу перемешать все нации, заставив их говорить только на русском языке, что жалею русских писателей и хочу чтобы тиражи их книг, благодаря монополии русского языка, выросли вдвое и втрое. И ты так сделай: пусть главным в Азии будет китайский язык. В том числе в Японии, в отношении которой СССР сделал всё, чтобы Китай смог её подчинить.
Сказал это Сталин с целью руками Зао задушить нарождающиеся в Японии телевизионные технологии. Зао не понял коллизии с Японией, но Зао знал, что за словами Сталина на самом деле всегда стоят идеи хитрого Константина Зимонова, влиявшего на Сталина абсолютно, поскольку не стеснявшегося быть его рупором, когда надо было заклеймить “критиков-космополитов”, “убийц в белых халатах” или просто учинить антисемистскую кампанию. Царедворец Зимонов видел, что антисемитизм Сталина не идейный, а бытовой: дочка Светлана с 16 лет начала влюбляться в лиц еврейской национальности, первым из которых был киношник Каплер - что усугубляло ненависть к кинематографистам. И Зао покачал головой:
- Если человек не говорит на твоём языке он не сможет извлечь из тебя выгоду.
Сталин понял, что Японию придётся уступить американцам. План Берии сработал: разработка японцами мини-телекамер была спасена от хунвейбинов. “Евразийский котёл наций” не состоялся. Сталину осталось лишь сказать:
- Ну что ж. Сейчас сам увидишь, к чему придёт мир через одну лишь твою жизнь.
Вожди продолжали идти по резиденции коридорами, чей вид вызывал в памяти Сталина строки Пастернака: “Изогнутые трижды и четырежды подчас...”. Сталин как-то пошутил над полковником Брежневым: “Товарищ Брежнев, вы вытерли ноги о коврик перед дверью? - Да, товарищ Сталин! - Врёте дважды и даже трижды подчас. Нет перед дверью никакого коврика”. Брежнев обмочился, но поэзии не усёк. Сталин тогда подумал о нём, что в жизни не встречал такой пустоголовой скотины. Но, чтобы утешить Брежнева, сделал его секретарём ЦК, понимая, что после ухода товарища Сталина, товарища Брежнева понизят до какого-нибудь начальника ГлавПУРа.
Дошли до радиоузла. Дежурный полковник-особист включил камеры, спрятанные, после понравившегося Сталину случая со скрипнувшей телекамерой, за несколько километров от Кремля в квартирах лучших советских актрис (в том числе Зеровой, которая, зная о моментах включения камер, “показывала класс”, как бы невзначай мастурбируя - если в гостях для демонстрационного совокупления не было в это время какого-либо маршала или режиссёра). Зао глядел на телеэкраны, дрожа от страсти, а Сталин говорил вещи, вроде бы не относящиеся к увиденному:
- Крутых надо выявлять со школьной скамьи и тут помогут телекамеры в школах. В мае 43-го я получил письмо от детского писателя - и сейчас ты поймёшь, почему я ценю писателей - Корнея Чуковского где он писал о необходимости изолировать от нормальных школьников “социально опасных” учеников-хулиганов, поместив их в колонии строгого режима типа Макаренко. У детей, которые явные садисты, можно брать органы для пересадки хорошим детям. Принцип назовём именем Тома Сойера: тот копил билетики чтобы получить приз, а эти будут копить минусовые баллы, чтобы быть исключенными из числа людей и причисленными ко вторичному сырью. Если враг не дремлет, значит он сам себе враг. Страх - универсальный поглотитель энергии, даже у вандалов в транспорте. Страх - это понимание того что ты не справишься с ситуацией.
